Grape alcohol with infusions of Aspen, Centaury, Pine, Honeysuckle, Larch, Mimulus, Elm, Cerato, Buttercup, Tansy and Walnut have been put together to be used by those whose confidence needs rebuilding when experiences are hard to forget or deal with (e.g. accidents, bad relationships, failed exams, fear of failure).

This combination of Essence may give support when confidence is lacking. Helps boost qualities such as courage, determination and self-esteem.

Jan de Vries Flower Essence are a combination of a number of flower remedies, giving a wider spectrum of activity.
They work rapidly but gently on the emotions and can be taken alongside other medication.
Contain Bach flower remedies, sometimes simply known as flower remedies or flower Essence, work by moderating the psychological factors involved in many of the conditions that are common in modern life.

Direction for use: 5 drops in a little water 3 times daily. can be used at intervals up to six times daily if required children (2-7 years): 3 drops in a little water 3 times daily children 7 -14 years): 4 drops in a little water 3 times daily
