Job description.

We are a small independent company that sells natural and organic toiletries, food, and some household items. Eco Natural Products stocks brands with quality natural and organic ingredients.

We are looking for someone to support our customer service team within the shop and to support online representation of our products.

This will be a varied role, with challenges, and always adapting to the sales channel and customer needs.

This is a hybrid job of online retail assistant and shop assistant, though there is more of online retail assistant job.

Duties to include but not limited to:

Supporting customers in the shop, processing sales and advising on products.

Answering the phone, dealing with customer queries and taking orders over the phone.

Processing resolution for customers problems

Liaising with marketplaces channels

Liaison with suppliers and effective stock counting.

Order management and customer interactions.

Other assorted office tasks.

The position will be a mixed of cover in the shop at Ashley Road, and at our warehouse on Nuffield Industrial Estate, BH17 0UJ.

Hours to be flexible according to a team rota between 8am - 6pm - Monday to Saturday. This means the work day could be in the shop where our opening hours are 8:30 to 5:30 or office place where work is usually 8:30 to 4:30. Work might include Saturdays if a cover for shop will be needed.

Hour rate will depend on previous experience and impact on this to the role.

Position is permanent.


Skills required:

Good telephone manner.

Excellent PC skills with a good typing speed.

Well Organised.


Desired skills:

Customer service experience

Ecommerce experience

Knowledge about health and natural products would be an advantage.

A passion for environmental issues

A desire to learn new skills and develop
