Lavender and Chamomile Essential Oils are renowned for their sleep-inducing properties and Sweet Orange is used to help to help enhance positive feelings whilst you drift off to sleep.

A blend of Pure Essential Oils to relax and soothe for a restful night’s sleep, the aroma is herbaceous and floral with a hint of orange.

Processing:

The Lavender and Roman Chamomile Essential Oils are both steam distilled and the Sweet Orange Essential Oil is cold pressed.

Direction for use:

Inhale straight from the bottle, add to an oil burner or electric diffuser or make a steam inhalation.

Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage or bath.

Mix 5 drops with water to use in a diffuser or burner.
