Directions for use

Brew one tea bag in freshly boiled water for 3–5 minutes. Re-brew each bag up to twice more, to taste.

Rosemary (23%), aniseed (20%), fennel seeds (20%), lemon verbena (15%), nettle leaf (10%), fenugreek seed (5%). All ingredients organic.
