This carefully balanced liquid formula contains organic Iron (II) from ferrous gluconate, a highly absorbable form of iron, along with Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 and Vitamin C.

Iron, Vitamins B2, B6, B12 and C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Iron also contributes to normal red blood cell and haemoglobin formation (supported by Vitamins B6 and B12), while Vitamin C increases iron absorption.

Because the nutrients are already dissolved, they are absorbed more quickly compared to tablets. The formula also includes selected herbs and fruit juice concentrates for a pleasant taste.
