Melissa Blend is also known as "The Female Oil" diluted in a carrier oil it makes a lovely massage oil if suffering from symptoms of PMT.

Dilute to a maximum of 1% in a carrier oil and use in massage for those suffering from symptoms of PMT.

Add 2-3 drops to a burner or vaporiser to help calm the mind and reduce stress levels.

How to use:

To diffuse in a traditional burner, simply fill the dish with water and add a few drops of oil on top before lighting the candle.

For electrical fragrances, follow the instructions given in the manual.
