Organic Jerk Seasoning 40g

Our delicious Jerk Seasoning combines the sweet warmth of Allspice with heat from Ginger & warm bitterness of Thyme.

Jerk Seasoning is the go-to flavouring for authentic Caribbean cooking.

Our Spice Blends are handmade in small batches for added freshness at our processing unit in Bristol.

We use minimal salt and sugar where possible and never use additives, fillers or anti-caking agents.

Our Spice Blends are also organic certified and are made using the same Spices that we source from our partner farmers.

All Spices are available in both glass jars and refill pouches.

Packaging is either recyclable or home compostable.

The refill pouches are the exact same quantity as the jars so you only have to buy the jar once, or not at all if you already have your own.

Our jars have 4 different designs currently, each representing a landscape where our Herbs and Spices are grown.

Artwork on the labels which is curated and designed by local Bristol artist and illustrator Hannah Grace.

We started Hill & Vale with a clear idea in mind to improve our current food system.

Now more than ever, we need to help rebuild the biodiversity in nature as well as the nutritional diversity of our diets.

Like with all food types, Spices have different varieties and origins that really impacts on flavour.

We go to great lengths to seek out Herb and Spice farmers in different countries so we can support small growers who farm in sustainable ways and produce better quality ingredients.

Ethically sourced direct from farmers and expertly blended in house for superior flavour.

At Hill & Vale we process all of our Spices in house and in small batches so we can limit the amount of flavour that is lost during the grinding and blending process.

After any processing of our ingredients, the products are packaged and stored in airtight bags and or glass jars to ensure maximum flavour is retained.
