Direction for use: For oral use, adults and the elderly, take 2 tablets once a day. UCalm is suitable for anyone over the age of 18, looking for a traditional herbal remedy to help relieve the symptoms of slightly low mood and mild anxiety. If you are allergic to St Johns Wort, are taking anti-depressant medications, have been diagnosed with depression, are about to undergo surgery, are pregnant or breastfeeding or are under 18 you should not use this product. St John’s Wort products should not be taken at the same time as many medications as it may decrease drug concentrations, resulting in a subsequent loss of drug effectiveness. If you are taking any other medications, you should check with your GP prior to using St. John’s Wort. This includes oral contraceptives.
