Celery Seed

Celery ‘seeds’ are actually very small, dried fruit. They are frequently used in cooking, as a flavoring or as spice.

Celery Seed has been used as medicine for thousands of years in the eastern world. It has been used extensively in Indian Ayurvedic Medicine for many different reasons.

Celery seeds contain several substances including volatile oils, flavonoids, coumarins and Linoleic Acid.

Montmorency Cherry

The Montmorency Cherry is a variety of sour cherry grown in Canada, France and the US. Montmorency cherries are part of the lighter-red amarelle type of sour cherries, rather than the darker-red Morello type, and have long been valued for making pies, preserves, jellies, juice and other products.

Since the early 21st Century there has been a great deal of interest in Montmorency Cherry and a number of reports on its purported health benefits have prompted research into its actions in the human body.

Nettle & Burdock

Nettle is a well-known plant seen in many woodlands and hedgerows. It is used in cooking to make Nettle Soups and is available as a herbal tea. Nettle also has a long history of use in traditional herbal medicine. It is one of only 9 plants mentioned in Anglo Saxon texts and it is still used today by many medical herbalists.

Burdock is well known in the UK as an ingredient in the popular soft drink ‘Dandelion & Burdock’, which has been around since Mediaeval times.

It also has a long history of use in traditional herbal medicine, where it has been used in both internal and external remedies for centuries.

Direction for use: Take 2 tablets per day with food. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or when breastfeeding.
