Ginger is a herb which is indigenous to the South West coast of India. It is also known in the East as a ‘hot’ or yang herb, and has a long history of traditional usage spanning back over 2,500 years.

There has also been a lot of interesting research carried out on this fascinating herb, which indicate it could have up to 115 active components. Gingerols and Shogaols are the two with the most interesting reports, which is why Natures Aid Ginger Root tablets can assured the content of these two substances.

Natures Aid Ginger Root tablets are free from gluten, wheat, yeast, dairy, soya and nuts.

Direction for use: Take 1-3 tablets per day with a cold drink and food. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
