Vegan Meatballs in Bolognese Sauce

Vegan 'meatballs' made from soya and onion in a Bolognese sauce. Quick to prepare and very filling, this is vegan comfort food at its most simple and convenient. To cook on a Hob: Pour into a pan. Cook on a medium heat, stirring occasionally until heated thoroughly. To Microwave: Pour into a suitable container and cover. Cook on full power for two minutes. Stir, then heat again for a further minute. Stir and serve.
