Fair Squared Apricot Hair Soap gives natural, gentle cleansing for dry, sensitive hair and a sensitive scalp. Apricot kernel oil provides moisture and cares for the scalp.

Olive oil, coconut oil and Fairtrade shea butter cleanse gently without drying out the scalp, and beer, with B vitamins and minerals, gives shine and volume. It leaves a pleasant apricot scent.

Handmade and cold-process saponified from Fairtrade oils, 2% superfat, pH 8 to 9. Vegan formula, free from aluminium, alcohol, mineral oil and microplastics, made in Germany: two 80 g bars.

How to Use

Wet the hair, rub the soap bar between your hands or massage it directly onto the hair in circular movements, then rinse well. For best results, and in hard water, follow with an acidic rinse: 1 to 2 tbsp cider vinegar or lemon juice in 1 litre of water, poured over the hair and not rinsed out. Let the bar dry well after use.

FAQs

Why do I need an acidic rinse?
Hair soap is a true soap (pH 8 to 9). A vinegar or lemon rinse smooths the hair and stops soap residue forming in hard water.

Is it the same as a shampoo bar?
No. It is a cold-process soap made from oils, not a syndet bar, so hair may need a short adjustment period.
