Our Artichoke Tea is a 100% pure infusion of artichoke leaves — hugely popular across Europe for its distinctive flavour and long history of traditional use. The artichokes we use are grown using traditional methods at high altitude in Vietnam, without artificial fertilisers or pesticides, in soil and climate that produces an exceptionally clean and flavoursome leaf.

Artichoke has been consumed for its nutritional value for centuries, and the naturally occurring compounds in artichoke leaves — including cynarin and cynaropicrin — have attracted significant research interest in recent years.
