Avocado oil is a luxurious, rich and nourishing oil, popular for strengthening and replenishing skin and hair. it is rich in saturated and mono-unsaturated fatty acids, lecithin, proteins and vitamins A,B,E and D. its hight skin penetration and rapid absorption rate make it ideal for dry, mature skin, brittle hair and nails, stretch marks,age spots, fine lines and wrinkles. Some ideas for use: Use avocado oil at a ratio of 1:2 with a ligher carrier oil, add 12-18 drops of your favourite essential oils and use as a body or bathoil. For a hot oil hair treatment, apply a tablespoon of warmed oil to the ends of your hair, leave on for 10-30 mins and shampoo out thoroughly.
