Here We Flo is a proudly female-owned and led B-Corp business on a mission to empower people with periods to feel confident, even when it’s messy. They treat period care as personal care – with planet-friendly materials and no unnecessary nasties.

Direction for use: Remove the pad from its biodegradable wrapper and peel off the backing strip. Place the pad firmly onto clean, dry underwear and press down to secure. Fold the wings around the sides of your underwear for extra protection. Change every 4–8 hours, or as needed depending on your flow. Dispose of used pads in a bin. Do not flush.

Ingredients: Viscose from organically grown bamboo + corn fibre (topsheet); responsibly sourced plant cellulose with polypropylene + polyethylene (absorbent layer); responsibly sourced plant cellulose with superabsorbent polymer (absorbent core); plant-based corn-derived polylactic acid (backsheet); adhesive; release paper.
