With this double ended Eyebrow-Designer pencil you can use the brush to create the perfect eyebrow shape and add colour with the pencil which will define and perfect your brows. Long lasting , creating thicker or more noticeable eyebrows for blonde and brown hair. Pencil is a warm chestnut brown. Smooth application.

Direction for use:

First, use the brush end to brush your brow from the inside edge outward. Beginning at the inside, make short, wispy strokes where your brows need filling. Blend lightly with fingertip and brush again from inside corner outward.
