Coconut Greasy Hair Soap 2x80g

Fair Squared Coconut Hair Soap is made for hair that becomes greasy quickly. Fairly traded coconut oil cleanses thoroughly, and beer brings the properties of hops, which give the hair suppleness.

It is handmade and cold-process saponified from Fairtrade oils, with 1.5% superfat, 40.6% Fairtrade content and a pH of 8 to 9. It foams pleasantly and is ideal for daily use.

Vegan formula, free from aluminium, alcohol, mineral oil and microplastics, made in Germany: two 80 g bars.

How to Use

Wet the hair, rub the soap bar between your hands or massage it directly onto the hair in circular movements, then rinse well. For best results, and in hard water, follow with an acidic rinse: 1 to 2 tbsp cider vinegar or lemon juice in 1 litre of water, poured over the hair and not rinsed out. Let the bar dry well after use.

FAQs

Why do I need an acidic rinse?
Hair soap is a true soap (pH 8 to 9). A vinegar or lemon rinse smooths the hair and stops soap residue forming in hard water.

Is it the same as a shampoo bar?
No. It is a cold-process soap made from oils, not a syndet bar, so hair may need a short adjustment period.
