An organic coconut milk powder made by spray-drying pressed coconut milk. It dissolves in water to make instant coconut milk or cream with a rich tropical flavour.
For coconut milk, blend 30g of powder with 100ml of water, which gives roughly 17–18% fat; add more powder for a thicker cream. The coconuts are grown in Sri Lanka and the product is certified organic.
Use it to thicken sauces and curries, add it to baking, desserts and smoothies, or make your own coconut ice cream. It is vegan and gluten free.
