A bold, deeply warming alcohol-free dark ginger drink inspired by a traditional Jamaican ginger recipe, with a rich caramel depth and a fiery finish.
A generous ginger infusion (20%) is blended with sugar, lemon and raisin juices and caramel, giving a darker, richer character than classic ginger drinks.
Sip it neat, top it up with sparkling water or lemonade, or use it as a mixer – it pairs well with dark or light rum for a twist on a Dark & Stormy, and a couple of capfuls add spice to coffee.
Benefits
- Alcohol-free dark ginger drink
- 20% ginger infusion for a fiery kick
- Rich, warming caramel depth
- Delicious neat or as a mixer
- No need to refrigerate after opening
