Direction for use: Grumpy Mule coffees are suitable for use in a wide range of brewing equipment. For espresso machines, use a fine grind for best results. Use 2 heaped dessert spoonfuls (approximately 15g per 250ml) of fresh coffee per cup. For espresso, a double dose of 14-18g with an extraction time of about 27 seconds is recommended. Allow heated water to come off the boil (about 93-95°C) before pouring. Serve immediately once brewed.
