Three Energising and Revitalising Therapeutic 10ml Essential Oils
Includes:

• Sweet Orange - Citrus sinensis, is energising and uplifting, maintains energy and motivation levels and helps lift winter blues and sadness

• Rosemary - Rosemarinus officinalis, is energising and revitalising, supports memory and clears mental fogginess

• Peppermint - Mentha arvensis, is stimulating and replenishing, relieves tiredness in the body and mind

Use the essential oils individually or experiment with blending. e.g. 1 drop of rosemary, 1 drop of peppermint and 2 drops of sweet orange

Direction for use: Dilute 6-10 drops to add to a bath. Mix 5 drops with water to use in an oil burner. Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation. Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage. Precautions: Do not take internally. Keep away from children and eyes. If pregnant or have a medical condition consult your practitioner before use. If oil gets into eyes splash out with water, seek medical advice if necessary. If unfamiliar with essential oils seek advice from a practitioner.
