Distilled from the grass grown in India, Lemongrass is a sharp, zesty and lively oil with a sweet fruity aroma. Ideal for vaporisation to freshen a room and invigorate the senses. Blends well with Grapefruit, Geranium and Rosemary.

Direction for use: Diffusing: 6-8 drops in a diffuser or burner. Creates a refreshing and uplifting atmosphere. Also useful as an insect repellent. Massage blend: up to 5 drops per 10ml of blending oil. Helps calm the body and mind. Helpful for easing muscular aches, pains and tension. Use with caution on sensitive, damaged or allergy-prone skin. In the bath: 4-6 drops per 20 ml of blending oil. Add to bath water and swirl to disperse. Use a maximum of 2 drops of Lemongrass in a bath. Not recommended for those with sensitive skin or allergy-prone
