There are times when a woman just feels it is all getting too much particularly when their femininity takes a knock (during menopause, empty nest, relationship issues, etc).

This combination of the flower Essence of Cherry Plum, Crab Apple, Olive, Pomegranate, Walnut, Water Violet, Scleranthus, Morning Glory, Impatiens, and Copper Beech work synergistically to help the woman feel more on top of things, optimistic, patient and generally more grounded.

Jan de Vries Flower Essence are a combination of a number of flower remedies, giving a wider spectrum of activity.

They work rapidly but gently on the emotions and can be taken alongside other medication.

Direction for use: 5 drops in a little water 3 times daily. Can be used at intervals up to 6 times daily if required.

Ingredients: Tinctures of the flowers of cherry plum, olive, crab apple, pomegranate, walnut, water violet, scleranthus, morning glory, impatiens and copper beech in equal amounts. Alcohol content: approx 27% (v/v).
