The spiral shape and light texture make it an easy, everyday swap for traditional wheat pasta, with a mild flavour that works with virtually any sauce.

Made from just two organic ingredients — maize and rice flour — this fusilli is naturally free from wheat and gluten while still holding its shape well through cooking. It's also a useful source of fibre, making it a more wholesome option for everyday family meals.

To cook, bring 1 litre of water with 1/2 tsp of salt to the boil per portion, then stir in 100g of pasta. Boil for around 5 minutes, tasting from the fourth minute so it's served perfectly al dente, then drain and serve immediately with your favourite sauce.
