Glucosamine is an amino sugar the body makes naturally, but production tends to fall with age and it is hard to get from food. This high-strength 1500mg one-a-day tablet is a simple way to top up.
Natures Aid uses only the 2KCl form of glucosamine sulphate, stabilised with potassium chloride rather than sodium chloride — so it is salt free, unlike many glucosamine supplements on the market. Made in the UK to GMP and pharmaceutical standards.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the 90 and 180 tablet packs?
Only the quantity. Both are the same 1500mg one-a-day tablet; the 180 pack works out cheaper per tablet.
Why does salt-free matter?
Most glucosamine sulphate is stabilised with sodium chloride, which adds salt to your daily intake. The 2KCl form uses potassium chloride instead, so it adds none.
How long should I take it for?
Glucosamine is generally taken continuously; give it at least 8–12 weeks of daily use before judging the effect.
Is it suitable for vegetarians?
No — the glucosamine is derived from crustacean shells.
Food supplement. Do not exceed the stated dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
