Gluten Free Christmas Pudding 200g

The Foods of Athenry Gluten Free Christmas Pudding is a rich, traditional butter-based steamed fruit pudding, handmade in small batches on the family farm in County Galway. Premium dried fruit is soaked in Irish cider and brandy for days, mixed with homemade gluten free breadcrumbs, then gently steamed for up to five hours to create a deep, aromatic pudding with a wonderfully moist texture. Made without gluten or wheat so coeliacs and gluten-sensitive diets need not miss out on a classic festive dessert. Serve warm with custard, cream or brandy butter. Handcrafted in Ireland. 200g.

Direction for use: Microwave: remove bowl from outer box and, leaving the pudding in the bowl, heat on full power for approximately 1 minute 30 seconds (depending on oven wattage). Alternatively heat individual slices on a non-metallic plate for 15-20 seconds. Serve warm with custard, cream or brandy butter.
