Roasted for espresso, it delivers a bold, intense and full-bodied cup – the strongest coffee in the Grumpy Mule range. How to brew
Grind just before brewing – fine for espresso, medium for filter or cafetière. Use around 15g of coffee per 250ml of water, or 14–18g for a double espresso (about 27 seconds extraction). Let the water come off the boil (93–95°C) before pouring and serve straight away.
