What is the difference between the 30 and 90 packs?
Only the quantity — both contain the same tablet. The 90 pack costs less per tablet and covers three months.
How long before I see a difference?
Hair and nails grow slowly, so give it at least three months of daily use — which is why the 90 pack tends to be the sensible starting point.
Does it contain iodine?
Yes, indirectly — the 50mg of kelp is a natural source of iodine. If you have a thyroid condition or take thyroid medication, check with your GP first.
Is it suitable for vegans?
Yes — suitable for both vegetarians and vegans. It does contain soya-derived vitamin E.
