Direction for use: Recommended Daily Dose: Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) Children 3-12 years: 5 ml (1 teaspoon) Winter Dose: Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) four times daily Children 3-12 Years: 10 ml (2 teaspoons) twice daily Cautions: Not suitable for children under 3 years.
