Our Organic Sea Moss is prepared from Organic Whole Carrageen Leaf that has been gathered sustainably on a stunning island located off the coast of Ireland in the Atlantic Ocean.

The sea moss was carefully air-dried at low temperatures and then processed into a fine powder before it was used to fill vegan capsules.

Iodine contributes to the normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, the maintenance of normal skin, normal production of thyroid hormones, and normal thyroid function, helping to normal cognitive function.
