Japanese Arame Dried Sea Vegetable 30g

Arame is a popular sea vegetable in Japanese cooking. Its semi-sweet and moreish flavour makes it an excellent way to introduce nutritious sea vegetables into your diet.

It can be sautéed or simply boiled after reconstituting, and used in a wide array of dishes including soups, stews and salads, or stir-fries, curries and casseroles.
