Fine, hand-formed green tea pearls from Fujian province, scented with fresh jasmine flowers for a delicate, perfectly rounded floral aroma.
The leaves are picked in spring; in summer, fresh jasmine buds are layered through the tea each evening until it is fully infused. Each pearl slowly unfurls as it brews.

Directions for use
Allow freshly boiled water to cool for 4-5mins. Preheat teapot and add 2-3g of tea per person. Infuse for 2-4mins.
