May Chang (Litsea Cubeba)

The oil of tranquility. A sweet, uplifting, citrus aroma. Useful for relieving lethargy and calming the nervous system. An astringent balances oily skin and hair.

Direction for use:
Dilute 6-10 drops to add to a bath. Mix 5 drops with water to use in an oil burner. Mix 6-10 drops with hot water as an inhalation. Mix 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil for massage.

Patch test before use:
Check with your doctor or practitioner if you have a medical condition or are pregnant. Do not take internally unless prescribed. Check before use to see if suitable for children.
