It is a combination of Grape alcohol with infusions of Cherry Plum, Gentian, Gorse, Mustard, Scleranthus, Sweet Chestnut, Heather, Hornbeam, Zinnia, Bluebell, Borage and Self Heal.

It is helpful in making the individual feel cheerful, uplifted, optimistic, enthusiastic, and also comforted when they are feeling generally unhappy, negative, despondent, and sad.

This combination of Essence may give support when it is difficult to stay positive. It helps maintain feelings of lightness and optimism.

Jan de Vries Flower Essence are a combination of a number of flower remedies, giving a wider spectrum of activity.

They work rapidly but gently on the emotions and can be taken alongside other medication.
