Direction for use: Use 4 sprays daily. Do not exceed the recommended intake. Shake well before every use. First Use: Press the pump 3 - 4 times to get the liquid flowing. Spray into your mouth, ideally on the inside of your cheek. Replace the cap after use. Once opened use within 4 months
