These certified organic apple rings from Just Natural Organic are free from sulphur dioxide (the preservative that keeps dried apples artificially bright and unnaturally pale) — naturally golden-brown with a concentrated, authentic apple flavour significantly better than sulphured versions.

Provides dietary fibre (pectin — the soluble fibre in apples), Vitamin C, potassium, and polyphenol antioxidants. No sulphur dioxide, no mineral oil coating.

Organic dried apples without sulphur dioxide (E220) naturally oxidise and turn golden-brown — exactly like a cut apple left in air. This is the natural colour of dried apple. The unnaturally pale yellow of conventional dried apples is caused by sulphur dioxide bleaching. Brown colour = better quality, no preservatives.

Are these gluten-free?
Yes — pure dried apple is naturally gluten-free.

Can I rehydrate apple rings?
Yes — soak in warm water, apple juice, or cider for 20–30 minutes. They plump up considerably and can then be used in crumbles, apple sauce, or as a topping for porridge.
