Raw cacao butter is the pure fat extracted from cacao beans by cold-pressing — the same fat that gives chocolate its characteristic melt-in-the-mouth texture and smooth, creamy mouthfeel. These certified organic raw cacao butter from Just Natural Organic are food-grade, unrefined, and have a subtle, natural cocoa aroma without the bitterness of cacao paste or powder.
Predominantly stearic acid and oleic acid — a unique fat profile where stearic acid (unlike most saturated fats) does not raise LDL cholesterol. Also contains Vitamin E, antioxidant polyphenols, and phytosterols. Melts at skin temperature (32–35°C) — relevant for both chocolate making and skincare.
