These certified organic cannellini beans from Just Natural Organic cook to a creamy, smooth result that purées beautifully or holds its shape as required.

Soak overnight, cook 60–90 minutes. Use in ribollita, pasta e fagioli, Tuscan white bean salads, and white bean dip. Puree for smooth white bean soup or hummus-style dip.
Recipe idea — Tuscan White Bean & Sage: Cook 250g cannellini beans. Fry 3 garlic cloves and 6 fresh sage leaves in generous olive oil until garlic is golden and sage crisp. Add the warm beans, season generously with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon. Serve as a side or on grilled bread. One of the simplest and most satisfying Italian dishes — the quality of the olive oil matters enormously.

FAQs
What is the difference between cannellini and haricot beans?
Both are white beans but different varieties. Cannellini are larger, creamier, and have a more delicate skin — they are the Italian white bean for soups and salads. Haricot (navy) beans are smaller, firmer, and better suited to long-cooking dishes like baked beans.
Do they need soaking?
Yes — soak 8–12 hours. Cook 60–90 minutes.
