Ombar makes organic, vegan chocolate in its own factory near Cambridge, UK. Its cacao comes from farmer-owned co-operatives in Ecuador and is only gently warmed rather than traditionally roasted. Ombar pays its farmers above fair trade prices, its key ingredients are fair trade verified to the World Fair Trade Organization standard, and the company is a certified B Corp.
