A rich, dark organic cocoa powder made with Fairtrade cocoa beans – 98% organic cocoa with an acidity regulator for a smooth, rounded flavour.
It is unsweetened, so you control the sweetness, and it brings deep chocolate flavour to hot drinks, cakes, brownies and desserts. It is certified organic and suitable for vegetarians.
For a hot chocolate, mix a teaspoon (4g) with a little cold milk to a smooth paste, top up with hot milk and sweeten to taste. Each 125g pack makes about 31 cups.
