Sun-ripened Italian tomatoes, organically grown and traditionally dried, infused with extra virgin olive oil, herbs and a gentle kick of chilli — this is one of Biona's most versatile storecupboard ingredients. The tomatoes are left to dry before being combined with extra virgin olive oil, giving them a soft, meaty texture and intensely concentrated flavour that fresh tomatoes cannot match. Ready to use straight from the jar: toss into salads, stir through pasta, pile onto bruschetta, or use as a pizza topping.
Certified organic by the Soil Association. All ingredients except sunflower oil carry organic certification. Vegan-friendly. No artificial additives, no preservatives. Biona has been producing certified organic food for over 25 years — a family-owned business committed to supporting organic farming, environmental sustainability, and the highest quality ingredients.
