Wholemeal Flour and Sprouted Grains combined with naturally sweet Apple Juice and Fig and Orange.

Our wide range of vegetarian and vegan-friendly cakes are made with a special blend of Flours and naturally sweetened with Apple Juice, for an indulgent treat that’s full of wholesome goodness.

Baked to the same high standards as our bread, they contains only carefully sourced organic ingredients with no artificial additives or preservatives and are then generously flavoured with Real Fruits.

There’s a favorite for everyone. Try the cake slices lightly toasted for that just-baked taste.

Introducing two new varieties Chocolate Cake and another Wheat Free Cake, Rye Fruit Cake. We have also added Walnuts to our very popular Banana Cake.

They are all Vegan and we have removed any soya from the new improved recipe.
