How to make

Preheat the oven to 200°C and lightly grease a 20×24cm (up to 22×26cm) tin. Stir the oil, milk or plant drink and brownie mix together and spread evenly in the tin. Bake at 190–200°C for 5 minutes, then at 160–170°C for 30–40 minutes. Leave to cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting.
