Clearspring Organic Japanese Brown Rice Udon Noodles 200g are traditional, slow-dried noodles made by a third-generation artisan family producer in Japan.
Crafted to traditional recipes, these organic noodles are slow air dried at low temperatures (28–48°C) rather than artificially dried, allowing the flavour to mature naturally. The dough is mixed slowly for over an hour to develop the firm texture known in Japan as “Koshi”, similar to traditional hand-kneaded (“Teuchi”) udon.
Satisfying and versatile, these noodles are perfect all year round in hot broths, stir-fries or fresh noodle salads. They are quick to cook and deliver a firm, authentic bite.
