Organic Kombucha Scoby Starter 500ml

This is a beautiful little Organic Scoby and Starter Fluid for brewing your own Kombucha at home.

We will never add artificial sweeteners, force carbonate with added CO2, pasteurise or otherwise mess with our Kombucha.

Our continuous goal is to make the best naturally fermented organic tea possible, full of living goodness delivered fresh to you.

Direction for use:

1) Boil 5l of water.

2) Stir in 300g sugar.

3) Add 745g of black tea - steep 10 minutes.

4) Remove tea & allow to cool to room temperature.

5) Transfer sweet tea to a glass jar. Add contents of package (Kombucha SCOBY & Starter Tea).

6) Cover tightly with a cloth. Leave somewhere snuggly & dark for 5-7 days. Lullabies optional.

7) Remove SCOBY & 500ml of liquid for next brew.

8) Bottle remaining liquid in clean airtight bottle. Add further flavour if desired. Leave at room temp for 3-7 days until fizzy.

9) Refrigerate to stop further fermentation. Enjoy cold.

10) Start again! Experiment and find your perfect brew.
