About Qi Teas

Qi Teas take their name from the ancient Chinese idea of 'Qi', the natural life energy. The teas are grown in partner gardens in China's Yellow Mountain (Huang Shan) region and prepared straight after picking to keep the character of the fresh leaf. Qi works closely with local growers, and the tea bags are made from mostly unbleached abaca fibre, with no staples.

Directions for use

Put ½ teaspoon of matcha powder in a cup, pour over hot water (80–95°C) and whisk vigorously.
