Recipe idea — Refried Beans: Cook 300g pinto beans until very soft. Fry 1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 tsp cumin in lard or olive oil. Add the beans and mash roughly with a fork while stirring — add cooking liquid for desired consistency. Season generously. The essential Mexican side dish and burrito filling.
