Country of Origin: the organic roses are grown in Bulgaria and the rose water is made with the freshly picked rose petals on the rose farm.

Rose water is pure and is made by boiling on a 1:1 basis fresh organic rose petals with water and Steenbergs organic rose water is the resultant distillate; Steenbergs organic rose water contains no sugar or preservatives.  The "organic rose petal extractives" are just the kit that comes out of the organic rose petals during distillation and are not water plus something that is being mixed in.
