Organic Safflower Cold Pressed Oil 500ml

With a slightly sweet, nutty taste, organic Safflower oil is delicious and nutritious — with the highest omega-6 content of any oil in the range, plus omega-9 and a good source of vitamin E.

The Safflower plant, with its deep orange flowers, is a member of the thistle family and grows in drier regions of Africa, Asia and North America. The dried petals also have a culinary use as a natural yellow food colouring, sometimes used as a substitute for saffron. Recommended maximum heating temperature 100°C.
