Our Speculoos Spice Mix is a special family recipe of Christmas Spices that are used to make Speculoos Biscuits every Christmas time.

For anyone who wants to make the complex Biscuits try the Steenbergs Organic Speculoos Spice Blend.

Speculoos Biscuits are also known as Speculaas or Spekulatiusare found in Northern Europe including the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany.

They are generally thin and very crunchy and traditionally are created in Speculoos mold.

Very tasty but give yourself time as takes 24 hours to make, as you need to leave the mixture overnight.
